A bright, crunchy Sauvignon Blanc with green capsicum, citrus and quintessential Marlborough flavours. The nose is tropical with dominant notes of guava followed by an elegant palate with refined flavours and textural finish. Dry, chalky finish.
Excellent with prosciutto and rock melon, or lemon drizzled oysters.
