Gentle floral notes of crushed rose petal, a lift of freshly cut pear, and a hint of ginger on the nose. It’s a generous bubbly with Pinot Gris characters of pear mt with a creamy mouthfeel. Finishes in an off-dry style with an excellent balance between acid and natural sweetness.
