nutty oak, toasty elements and minerally suggestions. Balanced but weighted with a touch of creaminess from barrel fermentation and a fine, textural thread.
Mendoza clone fruit from the company’s Gimblett Road vineyard, vines planted 2005, hand-picked, WBP, and fully-barrel-fermented in 30% new French oak barriques on lees.
