Enticing bright cherry and red berry fruit characters are overlaid with spicy, smoky oak aromas. The palate is bursting with luscious raspberry fruit that is supported by delicious sweet vanilla notes. This is an elegant wine with gentle acidity, generosity and good length.
This Pinot Noir was vinified in small batches using traditional hand-plunging in open top fermentation vats before gentle pressing, the wine was then matured in tank before bottling. The palate has pleasant acidity and good concentration meaning it will pair well with a range of foods.
It is ideal with duck and other game birds, casseroles and of course stews like beef bourguignon. Made for export by the team at Lawson’s Dry Hills.
