De Bortoli DB Sparkling Brut NV

Refreshing bubbles from Aussie. This sparkling brut comes to us from just across the ditch, from one of Australia’s biggest and most well-known winemaking families, De Bortoli. A mix of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are picked once ripe and then pressed before being cold fermented to retain their freshness and flavour. There’s a second ferment in tank which increases the wines complexity and allows the ripe notes of stone fruit and citrus to shine. Multiple vintages are blended together to create a consistent release year after year, meaning you can serve it year-round without worrying about the quality! – 16/20, Wine Central Tasting Panel

This lovely, pale straw coloured wine has an attractive, fresh and fruity nose that will draw you in on first breath. A refreshing, easy drinking sparkling wine with fresh fruit flavours, delicate creamy mouthfeel and crisp, clean finish with balanced acidity. Best enjoyed in the next year or two.
