The Verdejo for Casa Safra’s 2018 vintage was taken from across the country and blended together to create a wine truly expressive of Spain. Its elegant and fresh with everything above as well as hints of white peach and grass. Try with freshly caught snapper this summer, or with a buttery sage roast chicken in winter. Floral and citrus notes on the nose lead to a punchy palate with white fruits balanced against minerality and a touch of chalky complexity. Lean but by no means flat.
