Created from grapes picked at the optimum ripeness, Lawson’s Dry Hills delivers a fresh, juicy Sauv with tropical passionfruit, citrus and a herbaceous edge on the nose. The palate mimics the nose with texture and added complexity from the small percentage of 7% having been fermented with wild yeast in seasoned oak.
