With this HiHi Gewürz you should be. Gisborne, known for its long summer days and low rainfall (meaning the grapes are deliciously well concentrated) is renowned for its white wine production. Predominantly Chardonnay and the Aromats, including Gewürztraminer. It’s been waiting patiently for 5 years and we’re finally able to bring it to you. Think cooked apple pie, ginger, honey, roasted nuts and a whole lot of ripe stone fruit – it’s one not to be missed.
